In this silk painting, I have attempted to depict the concerns artists face when trying to showcase their work in prestigious exhibitions. Due to numerous obstacles, these two female artists ultimately have to set up their exhibition in front of their home. To set the colours permanently, I used steam setting techniques.
The materials used include silk fabric and French acid dyes.
